John Wick after seeing Heropanti 2 poster #Heropanti2 #JohnWick /ELUKVOsm8YĪfter watching "Heropanti 2 - The world want him dead" When you wink and nod to a 2017 movie, it means that your imagination is pretty low. But when you refer to such an old movie, it means that your film knowledge is robust. It is a homage to a shot from 1920's An Eastern Westerner. Now, the John Wick poster in question isn't an original. I guess both image are same, what's ur opinion 😂 /hiQEaPExveĪnd I have no doubt that this looks like a poor rip-off of this poster from John Wick: Chapter 2. However, someone has actually pointed out that it is un-inventive AF because it has simply taken a shot from Tiger's upcoming movie, Baaghi 3, and just put some clothes on him. But I can give it some leeway because he's wearing a red tie and the background's a little different. It does look similar to this poster for John Wick: Chapter 3. So, what's the problem? Well, the posters for the movie look like they're a sasta (cheap) rip-off of the posters for the John Wick movies!
Is it a sequel we wanted? No, because there wasn't even a sequel set up in the first movie. 6 years later it is getting a sequel with Tiger as the lead. Ironically enough, I went to the theater to watch because. Heropanti was Tiger Shroff's debut movie that came out in 2014. And I cannot witness Bollywood's attempt to bastardise it via Heropanti 2. Keanu Reeves, David Leitch and Chad Stahelski legitimately brought the action genre out of the depths of its own cliches and gave it a new life. In my opinion, they can be considered the epitome of modern day action.
